At Annex Social Work, counselling is rooted in connection, care, and collaboration. I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships, and that you are the expert on your own experiences.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, self-doubt, parenting challenges, life transitions, or systemic barriers, you deserve a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported. Together, we will work to strengthen self-trust, explore resilience, and create meaningful change on your terms and at your pace.

My approach to counselling is relational, client-centered, and trauma informed, drawing from a variety of frameworks to meet your unique needs. I integrate relational-cultural therapy, narrative elements, solution-focused practices, and systems-informed perspectives through an affirming, anti-oppressive, lens. Sessions are guided by empowerment, collaboration, and deep respect for the complexities of each individual’s story.

Areas I commonly support clients with include overwhelm, sexuality, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting stress, navigating systemic barriers, identity exploration, neurodivergence (including ADHD, FASD, and Autism), relational wounds, substance use, and building healthier, more fulfilling connections. While trauma may form part of your story, I invite you to explore what reclaiming power and agency might look like in your world.

Counselling sessions are available virtually across British Columbia, with in-person options available in Langley, British Columbia. Flexible daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are offered to help fit your schedule.
