here with you, no matter where you are
Hi, I’m Randi.
Annex Social Work is built on the belief that support should be accessible, affirming, and rooted in genuine care. Many people feel overwhelmed when navigating complex systems— applying for government programs, accessing services for a child with diverse abilities, or figuring out where to turn for help. My work focuses on reducing stress, offering clear guidance, advocacy, and compassionate support tailored to your unique needs.
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work. As a social worker, I have supported individuals and families in a variety of settings, from nonprofit organizations to healthcare and Family Justice Centres. I am deeply committed to harm reduction, intersectionality, and client-centered care. My practice is informed by relational and empowerment-based approaches, recognizing that each person’s experience is shaped by larger systems and structures.
I also understand, on a personal level, how overwhelming it can feel to navigate institutions that were not designed with everyone in mind. My passion for this work comes from a desire to ensure that people—especially those who are marginalized or overlooked—have access to the support, resources, and advocacy they need. Whether you are facing barriers due to disability, neurodivergence, race, gender identity, or systemic inequities, I am here to provide nonjudgmental, practical support.
I believe in fostering self-trust, empowerment, and a sense of agency. Everyone deserves support that respects their lived experiences.
